Group Fitness Classes at Phoenix Pro Fitness

Here at Phoenix Pro we are 100% dedicated to ensuring that ALL of our members receive the very best in training and nutritional advice, so that you not only look better, but experience all of the benefits of great health as well. Unlike most gyms, our class timetable is a scientifically backed, progressive programme designed to challenge every fitness level and boost your metabolic rate by following time and research-proven protocols. You've probably already discovered that doing classes such as spinning or body pump week in and week out will only get you results for so long before your body adapts to them and progress stops. Our classes are designed to ensure you won't hit that plateau and numbers are limited per class, so whether you are joining us as a full coaching member on one of our All Access memberships, or just for Fierce Fitcamp Group membership, you can be certain you'll receive plenty of coaching to keep you on track with your goals.
