Fierce Fitcamp is a 4 week training schedule which involves 3 sessions per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) utilising the most advanced athletic development and fat burning techniques available. Couple this with nutritional strategies previously only available to elite athletes, 'invisible training' techniques and motivational/ mindset exercises gathered from the world's leading confidence and psychology coaches, and you have a recipe for BIG SUCCESS.
