Foam rolling techniques

Foam rolling is a type of self-massage that we use extensively at the club both pre and post workout to help flush toxins, improve circulation, reduce scar tissue and adhesions and realign muscle fibres. It is a great aid to flexibility and mobility as well as improving recovery and performance, and is a relatively cheap tool to buy.
